Private Women’s Self Defense Training
Training is designed for the individual private defensive training up to groups of 20 students. This training is available by appointment only. Private and group training is normally scheduled on weekends.
Awareness Level One Training
(Length of course one or two, 2.5 hour training sessions) This course is designed to provide an introduction to general self defense skills and principles.
Awareness Level Two Training (this level provides more material and higher repetition)
(Length of course: three to four, 2.5 hour training sessions) This course covers Awareness Level One plus; basics ground defense and escape, basic ground and stand defensive kicking, and defensive impact weapon training.
